Well everything went from bad to worse and money never changed a thing, as Bob Dylan said. I will try to get back on track. My back went out after i was rear ended at the red light while I was on my way to Walmart to pick up things for my booth at an event. My back had already been bothering me so maybe after a much needed rest the bike will be easy. I have not yet ridden my bike outside since having it fit. I bet it rides smooth and I don't have any back pain.
I am afraid that I will never ride TOSRV my dream, because my back hurts, I want to overcome this. This is a hump in the road which I know I need to focus on to overcome. This can be overcome and TORSV can still happen if I focus/

Well I did it, got off track. Easy to do when you are not keeping track..I still hope to be at 25 this weekend. Or near that. I did get my bike back from Bishops but looks like this snow will keep me of the road for a while. I will continue on the stationary bike for the time being.
I don't know how I got so out of shape. I worked out for years following a very strict regiment. So myself and a coworker Naderra have decide to do a 12 week of Body For Life. I thought this would go well with my TOSRV training, as cycling is my cardio days.

GOALS FOR TOMORROW: LOWER BODY (MAYBE WII FIT) MORE PROTEIN LESS PROCESSED FOOD
I just finished about 18 miles so I will definitly be at 25 easily by end of month. I took my bike to Bishops in Milford yesterday. Mark refitted me on my Trek which I bought 9 yrs ago. I never did like the feel of the bike. He did some minor adjustments but I could already feel that it will be more comfortable.
I bought some awesome stuff while I was there. A great wind tex jacket, which costs some bucks. It goes great with my bike, same colors red, black, grey and white. I also bought some road overshoe bootys and a great Balaclava for my head. Looks like I will be riding outside as soon as I get the bike back...
JD is planning on riding with me. Mark from Bishops says that he goes to a spinning class on Thursday nights and then when the weather warms up they rid outside. Might try it out.
Well to most riders 16.5 miles is nothing, but not to me. It means I am on track. I plan on being at 25 miles by the end of Jan...Which I could do now but want to avoid injury, the old booty ain't like it use to be. Sat I take the bike to get adjusted and new computer, maybe a wireless one. I was planning on waiting till it got to be at least 50 degrees before riding outside but I've changed my mind. I see people out riding to and from work even now in these frigid temps. Well looks like I need to invest in some winter riding clothes.... Cause this thing is really going to happen.
